Life's Essential Support Services, LLC mental services are open to adults, children and adolescents who meet program criteria. Our mental services allow our clients to engage in effective treatment, even on an intensive basis, with the least disruption to school, job schedules and/or family. A treatment team that includes social workers, professional counselors and other certified clinicians will provide care to our clients. One of our psychiatrists or licensed staff member serves as the Clinical Director and oversees all treatment.

Our referrals come from many sources, including client's themselves, family members, physicians, public school systems, clergy, employee assistance programs, community agencies, hospital/medical staff, care managers and professionals in the behavioral health field and court system. Diagnostic & Clinical Assessments   A face to face comprehensive evaluation of a consumer’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition and a recommendation of services.

Medication Management & Psychiatric Evaluations 
Medication management is offered on site for those individuals who need the additional support of a child psychiatrist. Our psychiatrist will evaluate and determine if adding a medication regiment will enhance the current treatment plan.

Outpatient Therapy 
Outpatient Therapy can be home based or office based. Both individual and family therapy are provided based on the mental health needs of the youth and their family.

Crisis Response 
24/7 support is provided to the individual and family in case of emergency. A crisis plan is developed with the family and team members at the first consumer and family team meeting.

Child & Adolescent Day Treatment 
Day Treatment Services is a structured treatment service in a licensed facility for children or adolescents and their families that build on strengths and addresses identified needs. This service is designed to serve clients who, as a result of their mental health and/or substance abuse treatment needs, are unable to benefit from participation in academic or vocational services at a developmentally appropriate level in a traditional school or work setting.

Intensive In-Home Services 
Intensive In-Home Services is a time-limited intensive family preservation intervention intended to stabilize living arrangements, promote reunification, and prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources for identified youth through the age of 20. It uses a team approach including three professionals and the family and can be provided in the home and community.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse Targeted Case Management 
Case Management is an activity that assists recipients to gain access to necessary care: medical, behavioral, social, and other services appropriate to their needs. Case management is individualized, person centered, empowering, comprehensive, strengths-based, and outcome focused. The functions of case management include: case management assessment; person centered planning; referral and linkage to medical, behavioral, social and other services; and monitoring and follow-up.
